Dr. Carver :

Hello everybody and welcome back to another episode of the podcast, the Root of the Matter, with me, dr Rachel Carver. Today we are going to discuss energy and I'm so excited to have our guest, peter Howe, with us today. He is my go-to energy guy when I'm feeling down or low or anxious or whatever it might be, because he can seep into my energetic soul and really help move things around. So, while we may not think there is a direct connection today between oral disease and systemic health, what I want to everybody to understand is that, other than just the biochemistry that we're taught in school, right, we eat vitamins and minerals. they go through receptors and they're fed into ourselves and our body works that way.

Dr. Carver :

Underlying that biochemistry is the energy and this once I really understood energy medicine. This was really how I took my healing to the next level. So this goes into more of the mind, body, the spiritual, and it was always considered kind of woo-woo medicine because we didn't have exact ways to measure it. But if you think about the heart, right, we can measure brainwaves, we can measure the heartbeat. That's all energy. That's not the biochemistry. So Peter has been an alternative practitioner for over 40 years, has multiple certifications, so why don't we start, peter, with telling us you know your journey, how you got into this energy work and a little bit about what you do?

Peter Howe :

Well, that's always fun. It's quite a journey after 70 years of growing to be a very mature person when the hair was a different color, etc. So I can say that my journey really started very, very early, really pre-teen even one, realizing that there were such things as and you know I'm jumping right into it here, but I grew up in a very old 1700s home and my doorknob used to go kakakakakakak at night and we'd have various things just around the house which I saw. Mostly a lot of people in the family didn't, but we all were around when lamps would explode and things. So there really was something to say that we're multi-dimensional beings but we can't always see into the those dimensions which. What I'm really trying to say is yes, there are such things as spirits or ghosts, and my parents were totally in denial, etc. But that was probably the beginning of my journey.

Peter Howe :

Later on, when I started really having pain issues etc, a lot of high stress due to, i'll just say, incorporating the abuses that I received in life and of various kinds, from pain to all the other abuses that we're so used to hearing about My body was shutting down. I became an arborist in my very late teens and created my own business, but towards about 13 years of climbing trees. I also was in a lot of chronic acute pain, backstepping. I played contact sports So I had lots of bangs and bings and dings and broken fingers and things like that. Had already had knee surgery and appendix out at age 12. So multiple injuries and I'll wrap that up in a bit. But the other part was I was introduced to polarity. I'll just say polarity therapy, polarity medicine, however people would like to address it these days. Way back when in my mid-20s and I found connecting the dots was really quite something I was a person who had chronic acute fatigue, but I was very aware of that tingling in my fingers when I connected the points in polarity. A quick back step in my teens I had a good friend who had a chronic headache and I just jokingly said let me get rid of it. And I went and I pulled it down through him and into the ground And she said what did you do? But I said, oh no, that started a little bit of asking questions. Later on, due to my chronic pain, i became a neuromuscular therapist polarity therapist first And with each aspect in my life I was always hitting a critical mass of some sort, some sort of health issue, and polarity came along, helped me out.

Peter Howe :

Wasn't deep enough. Deep tissue work came in because after many years of contact sports falling off of horses because we had a farm back in my earlier years And through a lot of the physicality of being a tree surgeon before they had all the lifts and we still had to climb ropes to get into trees and things that I was chronic, acute pain, looking at four different surgeries of fusions, cutting ribs, cutting muscles, all sorts of things. And then chiropractic came into my life and that helped a little bit. But then I got into the emotional aspect and really started looking there. I was like, oh my goodness, part of my neck pain disappeared All in that same time. You know, i'm married, i have a family, later on divorced, but the part is, i got to be introduced into a place called Delphi University, now down in Georgia, which dealt with paranormal stuff, which when you start realizing that you really start waking up with their courses And anyone who's interested highly recommend Delphi.

Peter Howe :

It was a great opening door for me and was right at the time where I jumped into my seven year spiritual journey, et cetera. So basically all of this stuff I'm talking about is that every time I was in need I had to ask for something. And then eventually came Dr Bob Marshall and his work. I've studied with Master Co and his work spent 20 plus years sunmoondancing and drum dancing with beautiful painted arrow so called Joseph Raeel quite the visionary that he is always have stories about him, but that's another time.

Peter Howe :

So basically every time I needed something, someone, something would show up to help my body. But it was also come the big realization that my emotions, when I got in touch, with all the angers and the hurts and the pains and the guilt and the shames and all levels of pain, went away right. Range of emotions started happening. When I did physical work on my body, pain started disappearing And then when I got into finer energetics of really seeing and feeling blocks et cetera, pains disappeared. Range of emotions happened, as you know, when we clear that stuck stuff. All of a sudden the body can start communicating again. Where I thought we could really focus today for something really pertinent for oral health is the part of interference fields. So I think there's enough of my history.

Dr. Carver :

Well, i think that, yeah, what we want to take away from that is a really important connection between chronic pain and our emotions and past emotional hurts. So, when we think about oral health, the most common chronic pain we might have is, say the joints, right. People say, oh, i have TMJ, i have TMJ. Well, yes, we all have two TMJs, because TMJ stands for a temporomandibular joint. So when you have joint dysfunction, it's just a pet peeve of ostentas, right, you actually have TMDs. So a temporomandibular dysfunction, right. And this is something that's often chronic. Maybe you're putting a splint or maybe you have chiropractic care or whatever, and a lot of times it's just managing it, right. So, again, this really important and this, like I had said previously, learning that emotional. And if you looked at my life, you know I look like I have had a great life, you know very fortunate, you know very stable family. You know always had everything.

Dr. Carver :

But it's those little hurts. It's not just like the sexual abuses or the, you know, the physical traumas that we think of as traumas, right, it's these little tease. You know that somebody in the playground, you know called you fat or ugly or told you, you know, to roll like a girl. Or you know, for me I still remember. I have a terrible memory, you know, i honestly don't remember a lot of things, maybe I've shut them out purposely, but I remember being in the third grade and we were going, we were in music class, right, and we were told okay, everybody sing.

Dr. Carver :

And when I sang she said oh, you're an alto, you know, all my friends are soprano. And to me that was like horrible, you know, and so to this day I don't like to sing, i'm afraid to sing because you know, it's a simple thing. She wasn't being mean by any and there's nothing wrong with being an alto singer, it's just a lower voice. But to me that was, you know again. So it's those tiny little traumas that can add up. And can you explain a little bit how? how does an emotion get stuck in our, or maybe even describe what? what is our body field?

Peter Howe :

Well, so in my world, from my teachings, if you will, with Dr Bob Marshall, premier research laboratories, he talked about the biofield, and so that's what we are, but it's our relationship to the earth, the shulman wave, whatever megahertz that is, but in our today's world of asphalt, wi-fi, etc. We are. So We're living in world of chaos within our own cell. Having said that, whenever any of the audience has ever gone ahead and stubbed their toe, what did they do? Usually it's a. There's a reaction.

Peter Howe :

With my appendicitis, you know, i got the old surgery, many of the new devices, just a quick little, but it's still trauma. And trauma creates a memory within the body. But the body well, let me put it this way, many people that I've worked on with deep tissue work, who come in with chronic, acute pain, i'll hit a particular muscle and then this wave of memories come back. I said I hadn't thought about that when my brother John hit me, you know, smacked me in the jaw with a stick or something you know, and all these memories come back. So with And this is the subtle point If we don't flow our experience, and again, you know, if we cut ourselves, what do we do? And we hold on. You know, my experience now is to probably say, oh, but then try to breathe in that pain and disperse it and let it just leave the body instead of trying to hold on to the experience. When we have physical trauma, emotional trauma, really psychic trauma, spiritual traumas, the body holds because it has a memory system. When the memory system gets clogged, it starts creating resistance and chaos. Thus we have resistance in a muscle because that muscle remember when it was out here. it got hurt, so it'll start congesting and decreasing circulation So it doesn't have to move towards that point of pain. You know, when I do my emotion code work, i had one person, 25 years of sciatic pain and you know six emotions that related to X, y and Z in his life. All of a sudden he's lifting his leg, bending over, crossing his leg and going what did you do? And all we do is we identify the experience and energetically unplug that energy from it. I know this is all kind of talking energy, but it's something we can't see right. It's something that's tangible. And as I've done my work, my sight higher sight, if you will has grown So I can see stagnant energy in bodies And I get to kind of start feeling. Is that more emotional? Is it more coming from outside in, or is it something more inside? But the point is we remove the chaos And by removing the chaos, that stuckness, a coherence begins to flow again. Thus we get to reduce our pain, increase our range of motion.

Peter Howe :

Tmj is such a great one because how many times people are biting their words right Or clenching at night? And there's a whole factor of you know from my neuromuscular background that whole point of posture When we're looking too far ahead in life or if we're trying to avoid. It was an old cartoon about Charlie Brown and Lucy with her little five cent psychiatric, you know, starring Bob, it's Charlie Brown. Why are you always whole? you know, walking with your head down, And he said it's because if I hold it up I can't feel my depression. And you know the subtle things of head down, shutting the flow off from expression, sedating the emotional heart. And with TMJ is a huge one for holding on to the stressors And you know it's a huge one for all the cranial nerves, etc.

Peter Howe :

So let me just jump into a physical component to that if you don't mind. And that is the wonderful world of interference fields And you'll go. What the heck is an interference field? And the part is it's just a point of physical, spiritual, i'll say, injury to the body And speaking so it's a little more coherent with a physical injury much like one. You know, i'll use my extreme examples for people.

Peter Howe :

I had a woman come to me years ago and she was just bent over high blood pressure, acid reflux, constipated, chronic pain and way lack of range of motion And she had the usual stuff of parasites etc. That we always want to get rid of. But the biggie was she had had a radical hysterectomy. They had to go in again to remove additional scarring. She had a kidney surgery which is basically they open you up from midline and open you up through your rib and back to your spine, so they've just opened up the whole side. Plus she had a radical gallbladder surgery which they opened her up And it was just. She became a great subject of the AMA experimental world in many ways. Probably necessary, yes, for a lot of it. But all this scarring shut down what we would call our subtle body, our energetic body, our biofield, and that biofield happens for whole meridians. In dentistry we know each tooth relates to a meridian For her. You know, if you take from midline, and the two midline meridians really govern everything from digestion to endocrine system etc, etc.

Peter Howe :

Fast forward, we set up a whole process of mudpacking for her. Three weeks later there's a knock on the door and she's giving me this huge hug and going look at this. You know I'm pooping like a chap. My blood pressure's gone, no more acid reflux, etc. What happened? All we did is have her take some herbal clays and sequentially started directing and asking the body to flow again and add coherence And you need consciousness of the human body is about wanting coherence and its ability to accept that light that we are. And that's where you know we get into light body which a lot of us can see, or the many bodies sometimes. But the main thing is this little walking temple, when it receives an injury, remembers those injuries right from the get-go And the part is go ahead.

Dr. Carver :

What's it? and interesting to note that, you know, we kind of think that these emotions, that they're stored in our head, right, because our brain is supposed to hold memories, but that's not true at all. All of our body tissues are cells. When you, when you talk about this Chinese medicine and the meridian symptoms, also, organs are related right to different emotions, right, we think of lungs as related to grief, right, and so I know, my grandfather, my grandmother, passed away and shortly after my grandfather developed lung cancer, and I don't think it's because he smoked, i think so much of it was the grief, you know. I mean, obviously there are a lot of factors that go into cancer, but I think that grief is really big part of that. My grandmother, her daughter, had passed away from lung cancer and a couple years later she passed away from lung cancer. You know, i think about that grief. Big one is liver, right, liver holds all the anger and frustration. So many of us, whether or not we know it, you know, are dealing with liver issues, you know. So that's, that's another important thing you know, to think about.

Dr. Carver :

When we're having some kind of ailment, what is the emotion? is there? what is? you know, we always want to know what's causing cancer. What's causing we've? you know, it's been 60 plus years since we said we're gonna, we're gonna win the war on cancer and it's gotten worse than ever. So we know that we're not really getting to the root of it. So, yes, we want to get rid of toxins, obviously we want to have better nutrition, but what? don't forget that emotional side, that if we neglect that, these people who have miraculous recoveries from stage 4 cancer, i think almost every single one of those persons has done some spiritual and emotional work, because without it I don't, in my opinion, i don't think you can heal, because you're missing a big, big part of the problem.

Peter Howe :

Absolutely, and you know from I'm not a doctor, but from observing you know we have there, so it's chaos. If you look at a cancerous tumor, it's chaotic and it's just this stuck story, it's this stuck energy, it's this, you know, i had one woman that I worked with and, as we, i use a particular tool called ZYTO and and it looks at what's stressing the body and the first thing was, you know, emotional stresses. And when we looked at what would resolve the stresses, the first thing it was like flourishing, flourishing, flourishing, flourishing, flourishing. And when we ran the sort of preliminary to see how accurate were, it was like all her stresses were just, you know, neutralized and it was like, you know, just another confirmation. Now the piece.

Peter Howe :

What I want to say, also about interference fields again, is that you know, here's, here's Dr Bob Marshall had a kiddo come in totally anaphylactic with broccoli. He was in his teens, no problem with broccoli for years, and then all of a sudden, problems with broccoli. They started sequentially trying to neutralize the reaction, if you will, to broccoli and they started going and this kiddo all of a sudden had in their process of okay, you know, whatever process, i won't bother people with that but it was like, oh my goodness. You know, i saw I was eating broccoli soup at age 10, right, and I saw my dog get killed by a car. Now, it took this long time, and be it.

Peter Howe :

Whatever trigger brought the, this young kiddo, into a point where he became symptomatic, which was anaphylactic shock. You know where I look at a symptom, as I think you do too, is that there's no. Finally, the body has stored up so much resistance there's nowhere else to go except to create symptoms. So, through their processing of denudering, doing a little emotional work around the death of his dog, you know, the mother brought him in and said you're gonna feed him the first piece of broccoli success right things, just so many.

Peter Howe :

Like a little kid who hits his head later, you know, like you know, 25, 40 years later he creates acid reflux. That concussion midline, once again was, sedates the gut. We apply a specific way of mud packing to open up that energy channel and boom. But also what comes with it, the emotional release, mm-hmm so how about some examples of interference?

Dr. Carver :

feels like in the head and neck, what so we? know, scars that are big one, what?

Peter Howe :

else.

Peter Howe :

One of the biggest ones is whiplash hmm, you go on, galanka, you know your brain that's professional talk for whiplash, by the way you know, all of a sudden your brain is getting rattled and it basically goes into a mode of interference field, which means it becomes sedated. And this is an important piece to really understand is that the meridian doesn't shut off, the organ doesn't shut down, otherwise we'd be dead, right. So the part is, it becomes sedated. It's almost like an electric wire just has a little bit of its insulation gone and temporarily there's just something that is lightly touching it, slightly draining, and that's a huge point. Back to interference fields for the head amalgams, even drilling and putting in new fillings, can become an interference field for the tooth. You know the old Again post concussion anywhere in the head, huge Yank, a tooth interference field, break a nose interference field. Johnny fell and hit his head and chipped a tooth interference field.

Peter Howe :

There's so many different levels of interference field and just the mental, emotional. I mean that was a good one for me, being dyslexic back in the first second grade, the frustration of also not being able to articulate the simple words of and and and, and. It was her, my teacher's accent that I couldn't distinguish And thus the word came out what are you stupid or something. And that stuck also right. And for years I had to combat that which created more dyslexic, more stress, more disharmony, chaos within my emotional body. As a result, my posture was very much like Charlie Brown. You know, until I started unfolding, you know I was like to look at everybody as we're just a bunch of walking unnies. So until I started peeling off the layers, then, you know, i was still that walking onion.

Dr. Carver :

Now.

Peter Howe :

I'm pretty. I'm getting closer to the core. I don't think we ever stopped. We never stopped undoing all those levels, but the body starts resonating much higher And, as a result, our health begins to resonate right. As we let the light in and can express it outward, our vibrational self begins to emanate even more.

Dr. Carver :

So if we have, you know, a filling place, that to the extracted, what are ways to avoid or heal the problem with the? you know what I think about root canals are also a big one. we talk about interference fields And you know Dr Tenet, who's a physician down in Texas who did a lot of work on energy. he talks about one root canal can shut down that marine, just like you said. it's sedated, he says by 60%. So I like that analogy of the wire. you know a little bit of the frayed wire, right? So it's not, it's not cutting off the marine, but there's just less energy in that whole circuit now to deal with the everyday cleanup and stuff that needs to happen. So all right, so let's say something happens. What are the ways we help and reverse that? if we can And I will- also say implants.

Peter Howe :

Right, You do not have a titanium implant. The zirconium or zirconia is way easier and does not create the same interference as titanium. So for any of Rachel's- listeners.

Dr. Carver :

We have lots of people. lots of people have titanium, So instead, and they're not going to rip them out. So what are we going to do?

Peter Howe :

Well, short term we can create like premier research. pardon my plug, but if you want to wellnesswithenreachcom, they have or go to Rich, because I think you carry some of premieres and products, Not you totally Okay.

Peter Howe :

No, well, you probably will now. So they have one, a mededental enzyme that helps with decreasing the amount of I was going to say negative bacterial bacteria. that helps create, you know, but helps with digestion. as you know, right now, back into the mouth creates a lot of tooth decay. But there's a specific way of using the mededental clay to mud pack those areas of insult And it helps draw the energy back into that meridian area or that place of injury. I use this mud packing for I have people that are having problems detoxing. you know, you pop it on in particular ways and it helps open up the channels. It's, you know, it's a great tool for any?

Dr. Carver :

How is that working, the minerals? or how does the clay?

Peter Howe :

I think it's definitely the high mineralization that works as that magnet. If you will to pull and to not only help pull any kind of, so you can with the mud packing you can create your own formulas. So if there's a heavy metal issue from an old amalgam, you can pop in some heavy metal product and many products will work in the mud and and pop it on and pull it. You can then use it and you can begin to open up the channels, because what else happens with a bad tooth? a lymphatic congestion, right, so we can train it to start flowing out the arm again or all the way down to the, to the foot. But really that's been my favorite go-to.

Dr. Carver :

Yeah, we have a. We have a product. It's Chinese herbs but it's clay, like in you. You put it in wet gauze and you put it against the tooth. You know, sometimes when I'm trying to prevent a root canal, you have a hot tooth. We may call it And we use that with the light therapy too, but I never really realized, thinking about it, that it was kind of draining and and doing stuff like that. So that must be why that's so effective.

Peter Howe :

Well, there we go, right, Yeah, so it's. You know, jesus, my God, yeah right, our society. I went to my dentist locally, who's also much like yourself, you know, mark, and I came in my introduction. He goes what do you do for a living? I go I'm an alternative health practitioner. He goes what alternative? No way, those guys are the alternative. They're the old fashioned and good stuff That's right, that's right.

Peter Howe :

It's about going back to basics. Yes, way back in the Egyptian days they used clay to heal A story of a friend of mine, a fellow dancer in Brazil. She was friends with this American Korean who went to Vietnam. He became a medic And those who had been exposed and really badly traumatized from Agent Orange you know severe burns he would bury them in the dirt, go dig a pit straw and then he would go bury them.

Dr. Carver :

Maybe a little claustrophobic maybe a few emotions stuck with that also.

Peter Howe :

But he'd pull them out and they were just peeling away the dead tissue and they'd be healed. Why The grace of minerals? You know it's what the body fights infection with, right, It's one of the key things it calls upon is the mineralization. The same thing with the packs and the foot soaks or the baths that they provide They're all about high mineralization to restore that conductivity in the body, to restore really our essence.

Dr. Carver :

Right, because the minerals are charged right And so that's kind of how our body works right To get things in and out of cells. It's all because there's this charge gradient. And now we know our food supply is so critically reduced in mineral content. I mean, looking at the studies, over 50% in the last 50 years. So we're not getting, and that's why I'm seeing so much more dental disease too, because we're just so deficient And when we are very toxic, right, we use minerals.

Dr. Carver :

Minerals are what help turn those detox. So if we're not getting in our diet, that's why we're starting to see bone loss, because that's where the minerals are, bones right, we start having more osteoporotic problems because we've got to get minerals from somewhere And if we're not getting it from the diet, we're going to pull from internal sources. So I'm always telling my patients you've got to be on a mineral supplement. Most vitamins are often fortified in our foods, but not the minerals. And it's important to get a high quality because minerals from the ground are different than the minerals that our body uses, right. So, like I live in an area I've got a lot of uranium And a lot of that kind of sediment, that hard water, that's not the kind of minerals our body needs, so getting it from the plant sources is important.

Peter Howe :

And I'll just add to it all of our food has been scanned from the time it's picked into that bushel, if you will, into that truck, into that crate, into the container ship or however it's being shipped, and that laser shuts off the polarities. Now we are beings of fort polarity. Right, we do have a negative and positive. But the way I look at it there's a positive, negative, positive, negative, positive, negative, positive. And if we aren't testing onto all fort polarities, we know there's chaos somewhere in the body And we can find out, through testing for teeth even, which ones are alive, which ones are really in need, which ones have infection, and there's a process of sort of really honing in and also just sleuthing. But most everybody's home right now is off. You know we can talk all the big brothery stuff and many of the storms now are off from polarities.

Peter Howe :

If your home is off and not onto all four polarities, what's happening to the cellular health and the communication of the body? It is having to work 100 times harder to literally survive and be present. If we can create homeostasis in our home, the body can. So I highly recommend for anybody deal with the unseen polluters, which is EMF. If you live near a cell tower, make sure you really are protecting yourself, because it also enhances and expresses, if you will, the interference feel from your injury, be it emotional, be it physical. Whatever It has really taken and, i'll just say, increased the chaos so the body can has way more to deal with. Thus we have way more autoimmune and also just detoxing issues for people.

Dr. Carver :

Yeah, so that's where I like the ionic foot bath. People think, oh, look at the water, it's so dirty, it's playing. like that's not what's really happening. You don't have to put feet in the water at all, you're going to turn colors. but what's really happening is we're charging up the body and you're absorbing the electricity and the study showed that for three days, basically, it's charging those cells like we talked about. there's this gradient, we need to have good charge And so for a few days, the lasting effect of that is charging up the cells to be able to expel that, because things like Wi-Fi, right, and when that's beaming you and your kids, worst of all, because the younger you are, the thinner your skull is.

Dr. Carver :

So if you have children and grandchildren, you know and they got the phones here and I'll never forget my sister she had her first baby and they had in the baby seat, they had the phone right here and I was like, get that out of there. I was like that penetrates more than 50% through the skull there And we're all wearing shoes now, right, everything is insulated. So we're losing that touch with Mother Earth. Most people have maybe heard the term grounding, not something kind of we're talking about with Polari right, the idea of getting on the ground barefoot, because the earth is charged with electrons. So when you're standing on the bar or hugging a tree, even right, those electrons are going to flow into your body and the more electrons we have, the more our cells can work and they can get the stuff out of there. So modern living is really shielding us and preventing us from getting all these healthy electrons and that is why, as Peter said, we're getting sicker and sicker and sicker.

Dr. Carver :

So ways to you don't have to have Wi-Fi in your house, wire everything. I made sure that I said no, i'm sorry kids, everything has to be wired. Yes, it's inconvenient and it's annoying, but especially again when you have kids and their children are still developing. the brains aren't fully developed to your 26 years old. We want to try to avoid as much of that chaotic as you call it energy. We already have enough traumas and stuff like that and that's why we're getting sicker even younger because our buckets are filling up so much faster. We have 80,000 plus chemicals in our environment. All of this is like 5G. This is crazy stuff. There's so much scientific evidence about how dangerous this is for human health, but I know it's convenient and it's so nice to have some of this technology, but at what cost?

Peter Howe :

So that's something that I consider The tiki part of it is. it's unseen. We're seeing the symptom of multiple electrons. You don't feel it right, right, you just sit, feel it, see it, and I'm just trying to educate my kids and they're just like well, what do you want me to do? Shut it off, ultimately, yes, but let's do something that's going to at least counteract.

Dr. Carver :

I won't let my kids wear the earbuds. It has to be wired. I'm like I don't want you. You can use a speakerphone. Don't put that. I mean, if you were to read the manual, it tells you not to put it near your head, right? But nobody reads the manuals, right?

Peter Howe :

So they're you know we should be talking somewhere around 5 feet.

Dr. Carver :

Yeah, like that right.

Peter Howe :

That doesn't address what's coming down your arm etc. And yeah, it's just what are some yeah, what?

Dr. Carver :

what about? what are some easy ways that, like an average person, could maybe try to protect their house, like, what about crystals? You know, you and I really like crystals, and that's it.

Peter Howe :

Yeah, i love Schumgeit is, you know, from Russia. Russian Schumgeit is really good. Their research has these very nice pink was a pink quartz chips that we can run around and do. One of my little things one get yourself a shield for your good old meter at your house, that is, if it's a smart meter, you're really in big trouble. So you buy shields. There's many, many things out there now.

Peter Howe :

Tools Premiere has little gizmos that you can put on the back of your phone to help remediate. Doesn't get rid of it, but it helps. To date it Turn your phone off at night, turn your router off at night. Premiere also came up with this metallic liquid paint that you can actually put on your circuit breaker box. You can go out to your telephone pole If you have a grounding wire in the ground a couple inches above a little dot there. There's so many little alternatives. Like for my hand cradle on the plug-in, i dosed it with a little bit of that paint. All my outlets have a little dip and it seems to drop that. It takes it out of the air, drops it down the chips. So there's a whole settled thing in the world of Vastu and it's something called Shaqi and that's chaotic energy And one of the things Premiere's really good about is getting rid of Shaqi. So the stones outside lining your walkway, i put it around my circuit breaker box, a lot of really onto all four polarities. I have a hematite, very magnetic, and I've wrapped it around it and brought it down so it's grounding it in. And plus I have various pyramids on my property to help ground and help with the polarity aspect. If you really want to get good, you can start dousing around for particular lay lines that plop things on There's.

Peter Howe :

Was it Freshinalivecom? He's got some great products. Therisagecom has some great products. Highly recommend them. We just have to be proactive. We can't just accept. My little thought about four months ago is why the heck am I paying for this? Should be the telecommunications people who are paying for this and paying for the destruction of our woods. It's an easy rabbit hole to go down.

Peter Howe :

Sorry, just one of my pet thieves, obviously, because I see it destroying a lot of people and the trees, et cetera.

Dr. Carver :

So we're wrapping up here, but let's one thing we kind of touch on that I think is important for when we're thinking about our health, if we've got pain or something's going on and if we're wondering if it could be emotions, how would we? can you explain a little bit briefly about that emotion code and then how people could reach out to you if they wanted to have a session and learn a little bit more about if something's bothering them?

Peter Howe :

Sure, so emotion code very simply is about removing the energetic charge to the emotion. It's not about removing the experience, because we learn from our experiences, but that piece that we went up to or had that surgery with a broken bone or wrist, that bones were sticking out. There's a little emotion behind that. So we try to work with and identify those specific emotions. Usually takes four to eight sessions to help clear out what we would call the heart wall, which is the primary wall that keeps us from really attracting the life that we want.

Peter Howe :

Is quickly putting it, there was a chiropractor who created it out in Wisconsin And so I'm his last name Dr Bradley Bobo Nelson created it And so I jumped on the bandwagon about six, seven years ago with it And it is a way of really helping folks that are not able to bring their health to the next level. Or they're constantly high anxiety, or there is a PTSD, or there is all these different levels of emotional hanging on. And again, one person had frozen shoulder and full movement now. So I didn't do body work on them, i just plugged them from what they were literally metaphorically holding on to.

Dr. Carver :

Well, i'm seeing now as I've moved into the biologic world, seeing more and more complex patients and they've got long litany of health issues and just on an Australian band to a million doctors It's a similar story, right, all these kinds And one of the first things I say is you need to do the emotional work, because it's a very common story And it's not to belittle anyone. We all have our emotional stuff, but when we keep, if we believe that someone or something is gonna fix us and I know because I went down that road for a decade right, That I kept looking for the thing, right, the thing or the person, the healer who's gonna work miracles.

Dr. Carver :

But when I understood about it, i was like it comes from within, because we have our conscious mind, but it's the subconscious that really rules our life. Right, and so until we understand those subconscious modes, like for me, i know meditation is so important, but I struggle, like I have a resistance to it, there's something in my subconscious that just doesn't want me to go there, you know. So it's like, until I really and for me it's that consistency, but I know that there's, i know these things that I wanna achieve, and there's, you know, and I'm always thinking, you know, what is that stinking thing that's holding me back? So until we can really understand and go deeper into that subconscious, you know we can create whatever life we want. I 100% believe that if we can get over those subconscious obstacles. So somebody like Peter, who is amazing at what he does and he has a great sense of humor, is so fun that that is how we can ultimately, you know, get to where we wanna go.

Dr. Carver :

And it's a process And it's not, you know, give me a pill and I'm better. You know, this is something that we have to one, be aware of and to be willing to do the work, because some of us, we've been sick for so long, we're kind of afraid, like we don't know any other life. You know, i know plenty of people like that And that's their identity. So if they actually, you know, get rid of that, who are they gonna be? you know, so it's. You know, the whole energy world, the spiritual, the mind buddy. It's just fascinating. But I wanted to bring it to this podcast because it is important and a lot of people will have chronic pain in their mouth, you know, especially those joints, and you've got to make sure we're it may not just be a physical thing that we really gotta see what the emotions are. So tell us how we can get in touch with you and tell us your website again where we can look for those premiere products.

Peter Howe :

Do I have time for one very quick little story? Absolutely yes. Well, not so much a story, but a aha moment for me, which was as I was sitting with beautiful painted arrow one day, he, you know, sort of telling my woes, my story. He really just kind of went ahead and said you gotta realize, peter, that what you are remembering does not exist anymore. What you have put into a little neuron somewhere that is now being held in your body is saying that you know, x, Y and Z happen, and I have to really hold on to it. But all it is now is a little little electron that's just going boop, boop. Believe your story, believe your story, which, not to deny anybody's abuses or pains or anything else, but ultimately does it really exist anymore? It's just a bunch of energy. And when I felt that there was this, you know, a relaxing which allowed me to separate from my story more, so I can tell the story without that charge. So just a little piece for people that I just so okay.

Peter Howe :

So, peterhowhealercom 508-838-1101, that's 508-838-1101, give a call the store if you want to look into the MediBody bath pack, medisermon. And a good little thing is the QCi Oil or QC Oil. That just harmonizes the area. But that's wellnesswithinreachcom, that's the store soon to really grow and carry way way more stuff. And yeah, there's that. So always free to chat for a few minutes, hear someone's quick story and then you can all set up set up an irregular appointment and really start figuring out which way to take you on your journey.

Dr. Carver :
